The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their national Corporate Advisory and M&A practice.
The Australian and international companies and enterprises the team works with range from small corporations and start-ups to large, publicly listed companies. This team advises on the full spectrum of corporate law issues.
You will be involved in work spanning capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions (regulated and unregulated, major commercial transactions, joint ventures and resources projects.
About You
This position is ideal for Brisbane candidates, however remote candidates will be considered. To be successful in this position, you need:

• 4-7 years' experience in a corporate practice or in-house in a corporate advisory and/or M&A role.
• A desire to be involved in mentoring the more junior members of the team.
• To be confident, capable and have excellent interpersonal skills as is a client facing role.
• Whilst not necessary, Mandarin language skills will be well regarded.
