Due to an internal promotion, our client is a large, well known property group looking to bring on a new Concierge/Client Services Executive to work across their CBD locations as part of a friendly team. This is a permanent, full time role paying $65k package (inclusive of super) and is a full time office based role.
The role:
This role will be fast-paced and requires a high-level of professionalism in both your demeanour and presentation as you will be liaising with high profile clients daily and operating as the face of their business.
• Be the first and last point of contact for high volume VIP customers, clients and internal customers.
• Prompt responsiveness to all enquiries, providing information, advice and guidance to internal and external parties.
• Build strong relationship with key stakeholders.
• To be able to greet and assist customers and clients as much as possible once they enter through the Lobby doors.
About you:
• Experience in a customer facing role with exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a corporate environment including reception or concierge services preferable
• Concierge and/or reception experience in a corporate office or high-end hotel preferable
• Microsoft Office skills
• Professional corporate presentation & demeanour
• Patient and considerate towards customers and internal and external visitors or stakeholders
• Adaptable and available to move amongst Sydney precincts.
• Exceptional organisational skills and phone mannerisms
• High level of communication and English speaking and writing skills
• Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
• Can work in a team and independently with a can-do attitude, Flexible, reliable and punctual.
