About the Role
As the Corporate Finance Assistant, you will report to the Corporate Finance Administrator and will be responsible for providing administrative duties to support the settlement of Equity Capital Markets transactions.
Duties
- Manage and process documentation
- Provide administration support for end to end transactions
- Maintain registers
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc projects as required
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an Administration role within a corporate and dynamic environment is essential
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
- Team player with an ability to communicate effectively
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
