We have the largest and most diverse property portfolio in the state, and we are expanding our multidisciplinary workforce to deliver these essential projects.Renewal SA is passionate about creating greater liveability, sustainability, and affordability for South Australians and this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in building our state’s future.About the roleRenewal SA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Governance Office Secretariat to provide high-quality support to our internal committees and subgroups. This role involves change management, coordinating meetings, ensuring compliance with our Corporate Governance Framework, and fostering effective stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilities:
- Provide professional secretariat support, including coordinating meetings, developing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Prepare and manage confidential documentation to support committee and subgroup work programs.
- Offer expert advice and support to ensure compliance with Renewal SA’s Corporate Governance Framework.
- Develop effective networks and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledgeable in Corporate Governance and compliance.
- Proactive and adaptable in managing change and continuous improvement initiatives.
