About the Role
- Providing secretarial support to lovely 2 Partners;
- Managing the authors diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- Assisting with billing and invoicing, including time recording and tracking expenses; and
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant private practice experience;
- Professional presentation;
- Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills;
- Advanced organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise effectively to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines; and
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
