AddressOrigin Lawyers is a young, growing firm of cutting-edge contemporary lawyers with a focus on providing expert legal and client-orientated advice in Sydney CBD.
We are currently seeking a recent Law Graduate or Junior Lawyer with up to 2 years PAE to join our Corporate and Commercial team on a full-time basis.
The position will involve (but is not limited to):
- Commercial documentation
- Business and asset sale contracts and advisory
- Trusts and business structuring
- Corporate advisory
- Leases
This position will also include an opportunity for the candidate to undertake in a number of other areas of law. However, there will be a strong corporate and commercial focus.
The successful candidate will be mentored by our Corporate and Commercial Partner to develop their legal skills, with opportunities for substantial client contact and autonomy.
Ideally you will have some experience working in a law firm, but we are open to people of different experience levels.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have an ability to work both independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate should possess a willingness to learn on the job and can expect to gain some great experience.
