The Role:
The firm is currently seeking a committed Legal Assistant to join its Corporate & Commercial team in Sydney on a permanent basis. As an integral part of the tam, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations by providing proactive and efficient general administrative support to the Partners and fee earner group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with practice management tasks such as billing, document drafting, maintaining filing system, scheduling meetings, and managing client information
- Support document preparation for meetings and legal research
- Manage communication by organising emails, handling calls, and liaising with clients to maintain relationships
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional services or legal firm environment
- Experience with complex billing
- Relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency

- Willingness to Learn
