About the Role  

CSBB is seeking a customer-focused and pro-active Corporate Receptionist to join the team. This is a busy, fast-paced position in which you will have the responsibility to deliver a professional and positive company image, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.  

This is a permanent, onsite, full-time role based at our head office in Pennant Hills.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Present a positive & professional company image as the first point of contact for all customers, colleagues, employees, vendors, suppliers & other third party visitors  
  • Display a cheerful disposition with strong interpersonal skills whilst meeting & greeting visitors  
  • Manage the CSBB reception phone intake efficiently, taking messages & diverting calls to the appropriate department 
  • Monitor, respond & triage the CSBB inbox  
  • Undertake the housekeeping duties of the kitchen & coffee facilities, ensuring it's clean & tidy on a daily basis 
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are set up, tidy & prepared 
  • Perform bi-annual stock take & order stationery 
  • Coordinate the ordering of marketing & promotional material as requested 
  • Support the Director's Office with general administration duties 
  • Support the Communications team with Socia Media posts 
  • Coordinate the Room-Booking system as required  
  • Flexibility to attend to ad-hoc duties that may be required 

Essential Criteria 

  • Supportive of the Catholic ethos & values  
  • 3-5 years corporate reception experience  
  • Customer focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills  
  • Display a professional manner with a friendly approach  
  • Pro-active attitude with solid problem-solving capability  
  • Strong organisational & multi-tasking ability 
  • Has a keen eye for detail & excellent verbal/written communication skills  
  • Expert knowledge in the full Microsoft Suite, including Teams, excel, word, powerpoint 
  • Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain   
  • Cert III Business or equivalent (desirable) 
  • Familiar with the Adobe Design Suite of products (desirable)
