Join the North Sydney team as our Corporate Receptionist. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, providing day to day office support and customer service for a diverse range of clientele.
As the receptionist you will be the voice and first impression for our clients and their clients. You will gain exposure to multiple industries and develop your administrative, IT and customer service skills. You will work as a part of small team who are dedicated to providing a 5 star service.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple incoming calls.

Salary & Experience:
- Competitive salary and bonuses, salary is based on experience.
- Previous receptionist experience is highly desirable but not necessary as all training is provided.
- Customer service experience favourable.

The role:
- Manage incoming calls for many different businesses, divert the calls within a timely manner to the correct contacts.
- Obtain accurate caller information and relay messages to clients within a timely manner.
- Greet clients and provide support as required.
- Play a vital role in the day to day running of a premium office.
- Work along side your colleagues to identify and implement customer service initiatives and improve client telephone handling.
- Plan and execute monthly client networking events, with the support of management.
- Proactive approach with monthly client check-in calls
- Enter client charges based on services provided.
- Working hours 8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.
