What this opportunity involves:As a Corporate Receptionist for Amazon you will be responsible for Administration and being a primary point of contact for the Facilities operations.
The role includes management of office supplies, catering & weekly food orders, event/meeting coordination, tracking and input of invoices and processing of incoming & outgoing mail /packages. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry wanting to enter the corporate world. This is Part Time, 19 hours a week.
A snapshot of the role:Perform office opening & closing procedures for client floor
Answer & transfer calls during business hours
Greet guests and maintain guest sign in system
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met
Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
