Corporate Services/ Asic Administrator Part-Time/Full-Time

Our office is located in Pakenham, and has been operating for over 20 years. We provide a great working environment with a friendly and supportive team. 

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Setting up of business structures;
• Business name registration;
• ACN/ABN registration;
• GST and PAYG registration;
• TFN application;
• Acting as Corporate Services Administrator to a portfolio of unlisted entities (namely proprietary, public listed and NFP organisations)
• Preparation of relevant notices, resolutions and attending to follow-up action items;
• Providing company secretarial advice and guidance to clients including company secretarial practice and compliance, board processes and general corporate governance matters;
• Managing and advising clients on ASIC and Corporations Act compliance, including preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms;
• Maintaining registers and databases;
• Assisting directors and senior accountants with general corporate service duties, as required. 

Qualifications & experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience and excellent knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASIC compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, enthusiastic attitude, and work ethic.
