Georgina Martina Inc. is a community-based organisation which operates a family violence service including two high security ‘Core and Cluster’ refuges and several properties for longer-term support. The organisation is committed to an intersectional feminist and strength-based approach to service delivery that views victim-survivors as the experts in their own lives. Our practice framework is multi-disciplinary, child focused, and trauma informed.
Position Overview:
As our Corporate Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's operational success. Reporting directly to the CEO, and part of the leadership team, you will lead a dedicated team and oversee strategic initiatives across finance, IT, HR, facilities management, and more. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving innovation to achieve our mission.
Skills and Qualifications
CPA, Business Administration, or related qualification preferred.
Senior leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector, ideally in family violence services.
Strong operational management skills across finance, IT, HR, and risk.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced analytical and conceptual abilities.
