Right now, we’re seeking a Corporate Services Manager who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role
The Corporate Services Manager leads a team focused on the delivery of high quality Corporate Services to the TAC, including security, building and fleet. The role is also responsible for the procurement and management of positive partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
About the Team
This role will be a part of our Corporate Services team within the Finance and Governance Division. You will be supported by a manager who values your autonomy and ability to exercise judgment whilst encouraging you to think innovatively and push the boundaries to try new approaches. Working in an open and diverse team, you will feel supported to contribute with your unique style of thinking and experiences.
What we’re looking for
Strong stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to build, influence and sustain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively manage contractual obligations.
Technical expertise
High level knowledge, experience and expertise in security, security technologies, equipment, procedures and protocols to create a safe environment and a positive security culture. Detailed knowledge of office management, lease administration and asset management.
Proven leader
Demonstrated experience in leading a high performing team and providing coaching, support and direction to team members ensuing business objectives are achieved.
