About the position:
You will be working across a broad range of functions as a key member of the leadership team, reporting to Kate. Task will include coordinating these business function:
- Leadership & Management
- operate with high levels of integrity
- lead by example
- demonstrate and execute emotional intelligence
- lead with influence
2. Marketing
- execute marketing plan and activities
- manage all social media profiles, including photography.
- network within the industry, building strong relationships on behalf of the business
- promoting the business profile
- update website
- working with external marketing consultants
- award submission
3. Human Resources
- coordinating recruitment activities
- update and roll out policy and procedures
- coordinate training and career development
- administer WHS system/plan
- develop reward & recognition program
4. Office Management
- coordinate travel
- plan and manage events
- take minutes at meetings and follow up outstanding actions to ensure required outcomes are achieved
- order stationery and maintain office supplies
- coordinate company vehicles servicing and maintenance
5. Information technology
- coordinating staff access
- assist with system developments and upgrades
- coordinate website continuous improvement
- manage Intranet system
- introduce IT improvements
6. Customer Satisfaction
- engaging with customers to ensure service delivery is to a high standard
- obtain formal reviews on Google/Facebook
- develop customer recognition program
7. Environmental Services
- manage property cleaning requirements
- maintain the maintenance register
