Key accountabilities include:
- Support the Corporate Services Coordination Lead in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems, policies and procedures related to information and communications technology (ICT) assets, telecommunications and software management.
- Collate, review and analyse data relating to corporate administrative functions and develop recommendations on how to improve cost savings, and increase efficiencies across HWQld.
- Assist in the development, review and implementation of organisational and administrative policies, procedures and processes as required.
- Deliver high-quality operational financial services, including responding to general enquires, day-to-day processing of accounts payable, and monthly review and reconciliation of CabCharges.
- Conduct monthly review and reconciliation of third-party provider accounts.
- Effectively coordinate and manage the day-to-day office facility requirements for the organisation, including daily inbox management and reporting any issues through the local tenant portal.
- Carry out preliminary fault diagnostics and resolution to basic ICT issues and escalate to external providers for resolution where required.
- Respond to general human resource enquiries and any other administrative functions, including the onboarding and separation of staff.
- Stay informed and acquire knowledge of policies, procedures and delegation levels relevant to finance, ICT, facilities management, and human resources to deliver on day-to-day operational activities.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and communicate successfully with team members and internal/external stakeholders on services and processes that support business operations.
- Actively participate in a team environment and contribute towards a positive team culture to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Undertake other duties as required to support the Business and Governance team and broader organisation.
