Correspondence Change Consultant

About the role

The purpose of the Correspondence Change Consultant is to provide support and advice in the delivery of outbound customer correspondence for confirmed and prioritised customer Correspondence Change projects. Primarily the role coordinates change, implements testing and undertakes the fulfilment process of sending electronic, hard mail packs and SMS to customers. The outcome is the provision of high quality, timely essential communications, reinforcing the value and uniqueness of our brands, whilst complying with legislative requirements. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity. 

What you'll do

• Complete requirements analysis and verification with the Business, including scope of testing to meet business requirements
• Manage customer correspondence requirements and changes through to release, liaising with relevant stakeholders within the Customer Correspondence team.
• Engage with external Customer Correspondence stakeholders for templating and testing deployment
• Formulate strategies and implementation plans for corrective actions / remediation activities
• Engage with Delivery Governance and updates on remediation project status, risks, interdependencies
• Actively contribute towards Suncorp’s compliance of legislative timeframes for mail delivery to customers by supporting the daily reconciliation of mail files and escalating where required

What you'll bring 

• 3+ years’ experience within Insurance industry
• Demonstrated ability communicating with confidence vertically & horizontally across Insurance
• Experience working on projects
• Analysis, release and/or testing experience with General Insurance systems
• Experience using Online Reporting Tools, SharePoint, Confluence and JIRA
• Knowledge of Project Management, Agile and Lean methodologies (Momentum) advantageous
