About us:
The Cairnmillar Institute is a not-for-profit registered health promotion charity that has been providing high quality professional education and accessible psychological services to promote the psychological wellness of the community for more than 60 years.
Our clinics provide excellent placements to our counselling and psychotherapy students, along with our provisionally registered psychology students under the supervision of experienced professionals like you, with a passion for ensuring those trainees receive the best supervision.
We are a Higher Education Provider and offer excellent postgraduate programs in psychology and counselling as well as short courses and professional development for mental health professionals and the community.

The role:
The successful candidate will engage with professional and community agencies to co-ordinate and secure placements for students and provide supervision to prepare our graduates to provide high quality counselling services. The appointee could also contribute to teaching, research and student supervision within the Institute.

About You:
The successful candidate will hold the following:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy, or Counselling Psychology
- Registration with AHPRA/PACFA/ACA
- Board Approved Supervisor qualification
