About us
Socially Speaking is an online private practice, with a special interest in helping teens and young adults make friends and go on dates. Most of our clients have autism, ADHD, or other psychosocial challenges. We facilitate the PEERS program (we have even updated it internally to be more neurotic-afforming), life coaching, and neuroACT.
We are entirely telehealth, and although you will be working independently, we have a good team culture and chat throughout the week via WhatsApp where we discuss our clients, brain storm together, and share resources.
We are looking to hire a counsellor for a group starting on the 26th of March at 5:15pm-6:45pm AEDT (NSW, VIC, ACT, TAS). It will run this time weekly for 16 weeks of content.

- Counsellors will be responsible for some light admin tasks such as sending group reminders and documenting attendance. About an hour of admin per group paid at $40 an hour, as apposed to $86 per hour for the group itself (each group earning you approximately $170)
