Salary package in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability industrial awards 2010 (SCHCADS) dependent on qualifications and experience.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria:
- Commitment to feminist philosophy and principles
- Demonstrated extensive counselling skills and experience
- experience working with domestic violence issues
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Relevant discipline or tertiary qualifications in a related field
- A clear understanding of Child Protection Legislation
- Demonstrated group work skills
- Experience in Community Development or other community work
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Computer literacy
