ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a professional and enthusiastic Creative Designer, you will oversee the conceptualisation, design and delivery of visually appealing and impactful marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager of Operations.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

◌ Create & enhance tailored, visually appealing designs for various mediums, encompassing graphics, templates and layouts that align with the brand’s identity. 

◌ Craft and develop extensive print-based materials and collateral that communicate effectively.  

◌ Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand key requirements and needs, ensuring alignment with the brand standards.  

◌ Stay abreast of design trends and incorporate emerging technologies into designs. 

◌ Participate and contribute to the creative brainstorming sessions to share new ideas and fresh solutions to developing all innovative concepts.  

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to perform different tasks to meet the organisation’s objectives. 

Ideal skills to have:  

» Minimum of five years of experience as a Creative or Graphic Designer   

» Relevant qualification in Graphic Design or related field.  

» Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.  

» Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to interact clearly with cross-functional teams.  

» Professional demeanour demonstrated a “can-do” attitude and enthusiasm for the work involved in the role. 

» A strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs that resonate with our clients and communities.  

Ability to:  

» Be highly organised, diligent and a quick problem-solver. 

» Handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while being able to adjust to changing priorities.  

» Be proactive and show initiative.  

» Work effectively within a team and independently.
