Join our dynamic team as an experienced Personal Assistant to the Creative Director.
This casual role, starting at 3 days per week, offers increased hours as needed.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀:
- Experienced Personal Assistant with strong administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Punctual, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Multitasker with a focus on various projects.
- Team player, quick learner, and hardworking.
- Comfortable with numbers and a strong work ethic.
- Efficient, logical, and confident.
- 10+ years of experience preferred.
- Familiarity with furniture procurement and invoicing is a plus.
- Xero experience is a plus.
- Background in design, renovation, or building industry desirable.
- Capable of scheduling clients, trades, and meetings.
- Intuitive, proactive, and solution-minded.
𝗗𝗮𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀:
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and project deadlines.
- Email Correspondence: Prioritise and handle emails, draft responses as needed.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking progress on interior design projects.
- Document Management: Organize design documents, client files, and project materials.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the Creative Director and clients.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials and presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Event Planning: Assist in organising product launches and design exhibitions.
- Personal Errands: Handle tasks to free up the Creative Director's time.
- Database Maintenance: Keep databases updated with client information.
- Follow-up: Ensure action items and deadlines are met.
- Problem Resolution: Address challenges in day-to-day operations.
- Legal Documentation: Manage & send contracts.
