Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Creative Studio Manager to join our leadership team and assist our Creative Director in running our creative team who are mostly based out of our Brisbane office to ensure operational excellence and seamless workflow among our talented advertising professionals. 

This role is vital for maintaining our studio's creative energy and collaboration and ensuring on-time client high quality project delivery, directly contributing to our overarching mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creative Studio Management: Guide our operational and creative processes to ensure efficiency and innovation.

Client Liaison and Engagement: Strengthen relationships with clients, aligning creative output with their vision and expectations.

Project Administration: Oversee creative projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards.

Workflow Optimization: Implement process improvements for enhanced creativity and efficiency.

Financial Administration: Manage invoicing and budgeting for creative endeavors.

Technology Management: Ensure our team has the latest tools and technology at their disposal.

Quality Control: Maintain excellence in all creative outputs.

Human Resources Support: Nurture the development and wellbeing of our creative talent.

Skill Enhancement: Demonstrated hands-on skills in graphic design, web design, or video editing, or experience in copywriting will be highly regarded.

The Creative Studio Manager we are looking for will want to actively participate in creative tasks to support their team.

Client Service Excellence: Experience in client service is greatly valued, enhancing our capability to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications / Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within advertising, digital media, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, databases, and creative software.
• Comprehensive understanding of creative processes and project lifecycles.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
• Hands-on experience or a keen interest in graphic design, web design (Shopify or WordPress), video editing, or copywriting.
• Experience with a diverse range of clients is beneficial.
