Credit Analyst

This position is responsible for evaluating the financial worthiness of credit across the Region through assessment and processing client data through application systems. Reporting in to the Credit Risk & Recoveries Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Risk profiling for new and existing customers
• Analysis of customer financial records to assess limits
• Input of credit application data and processing of applications
• Offer financial and analytical support to internal stakeholders when managing credit risk with major clients
• Action matters reported via the early warning risk alert system to minimise bad debts
• Ensure company is compliant with internal controls and external policy requirements

The successful candidate for this opportunity will possess a background in credit risk and control and display the following:

• Working effectively in small and fast paced team is essential
• Proven business partnering skills
• Proficient in Excel
• SAP preferable
• Knowledge of AML and KYC essential
