AddressJS Careers is pleased to be exclusively recruiting a new role with an emerging manager focused on investments across the Private Credit landscape.
Our client has completed real estate backed loans, asset-backed warehouse funding, corporate loans, capital solutions funding, and invested in special situation transactions. Their mission is to create tailored credit investment solutions that meet the unique needs of our partners. The firm has a track record in deploying capital and to May 2024, has accumulated over $120m AUM.
Due to growth and success in the Australian market, our client is seeking a new Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in evaluating the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and ensuring the viability / profitability of lending decisions.
Role responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed credit analysis and risk assessment for loans, including reviewing financial statements, property valuation reports, and market trends.
- Prepare and present comprehensive credit papers, highlighting potential risks and opportunities, to support decision-making by senior management.
- Liaise and coordinate transaction diligence with origination / fund management partners.
- Screen and conduct due diligence on Private Credit fund managers and originators.
- Monitor market trends and economic factors that could impact credit risk.
- Ensure loan and manager compliance with loan covenants and stated fund strategy.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on industry developments and enhance professional skills.
To be considered for this position, candidates require 1.5-6 years of professional experience, and are primarily being considered from either a corporate/leveraged finance bank, Private Credit fund, real estate transaction / development group or other exceptional corporate finance team.
