Accountant And Office Manager

Randstad has partnered with a large multinational organisation operating in the renewable energy sector to find their Accountant and Office Manager.

• Join a tight-knit local team
• Conveniently located office in the Sydney CBD (must be willing to work from the office 5 days per week)
• Salary of $90,000 - $100,000 + Super

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with third-party accounting firm for remittance of payments and bookkeeping
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Monthly reports back to regional and headquarters
• Maintain record of project expenses
• Support internal and external auditors
• Review and reconcile team budget
• Support office with ad hoc admin and Office supplies

YOU WILL BRING:

• Three or more years of relevant experience
• Strong cost and general accounting knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
• Experience of working with multinational corporation (preferable)
