About the role:
- Pre-assessment and full assessment of new loan applications for a loan product that meets the clients needs and objectives
- Packaging of loan submissions to LMI and Lenders
- Accurate recording of information on in-house CRM for all relevant process steps on each submission
- Regular follow up of outstanding requirements for submissions in a timely manner
- Access to training on documentation for clients originating from a wide range of countries and cities globally
About you:
- The ability to meet deadlines and time frames to achieve customer satisfaction
- Worked in both Mortgage Management and with Major Lenders via Aggregation will be reviewed favourably
- Well organised, have great attention to details and be capable of juggling multiple demands
- Computer literate
- Great Communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a supportive team player
- Problem solving capabilities
- Composure under pressure
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills in Chinese would be preferable
