Description
Credit Control: Monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Collections: Implement effective strategies to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough credit assessments on new and existing customers, providing recommendations for credit limit adjustments.
Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and negotiate payment plans.
Reporting: Prepare and analyse Credit and Collections reports, providing insights to management.
Profile
Experience: Proven background as a Credit & Collections Officer, preferably in the aviation or related industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex financial information.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities for favorable outcomes for both the company and customers.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
