As a full-time Credits Claims Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence within our Parts department, working a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:36 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts.
Your responsibilities will include:

• efficient processing of customer credit returns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• verification of returned parts against customer details to maintain integrity and accuracy.
• timely processing of manufacturer and transit claims, adhering to set timeframes.
• diligent record-keeping and contribution to inventory stocktakes.
• active participation in general housekeeping to maintain departmental efficiency.
• supportive role in various administrative and warehouse tasks, enhancing team effectiveness.
