AddressLBF, a leading Australian family-owned business in strength and conditioning equipment retail, seeks an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager. As a pivotal addition to our marketing team, you'll lead Digital marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and customer engagement. This role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from social media, EDM’s, and SEM/PPC campaigns, to content creation and data analysis. We value creativity, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach to drive our marketing efforts forward.
This role is a permanent, full-time position and located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. However, a part-time arrangement could be considered, as could flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar, focusing on social media, EDM, and web strategies.
- Oversee social media channels, manage paid campaigns, and curate engaging content.
- Lead SEM/PPC campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and website analytics.
- Collaborate across teams for product launches, promotions, and content creation.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
- Experience creating workflows and email campaigns
- Proven Digital marketing expertise, preferably in ecommerce.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- A passion for health and fitness, with a creative and strategic mindset.
- You have a genuine interest in generating and contributing ideas.
- High attention to detail and proven time management skills.
- Keen to learn new skills to further develop within the role.
