The Role:
- Full-time permanent position
- Credit Controller - High volume collections
- Salary up to $88k package (inc. super)
- Team of 4
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that overdue payments are acted upon in a timely manner
- Making outbound calls
- Actioning inbound telephone calls on Credit Team queue
- Applying knowledge and understanding of credit processes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on cancellations
- Maintaining the debtors ledger within policy guidelines
- Providing excellent customer service
- Understanding of Consumer Credit Laws
What are we looking for:
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintain an in depth knowledge of company products and credit processes
- A good team player, supporting and assisting colleagues when possible
- Insurance/Financial industry experience
- Experienced in collections or debt recoveries (at least 2 years)
