Credit Manager - Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Manager to come on board and be heavily involved in the strategic direction of the business in a truly multi faceted role.
Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Manager to join their team. Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Manage the credit function, and oversee a team of 4 x Credit Officers
• Lead end to end credit, collections and debt management activities
• Facilitate training and up-skilling within the team
• Optimise existing processes to achieve strategic goals whilst implement new strategies to increase efficiencies
• Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes
• Develop management reporting and KPI's
• Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders
• Analyse and provide accurate creditors and debtors reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven leadership experience in a similar Credit Manager position, along with the following skills and attributes:

• First class communication and presentation attributes
• Proven capacity to both develop and execute change management strategy
• A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude
• High level interpersonal and time management skills
• Attention to detail, initiative and strong negotiation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to positive influence
• Effective time management & organisational skills
