You'll lead and develop a team of Credit Officers to manage the debt portfolio, through the development of strong relationships between yourself, the team and major internal and external clients. With a particular focus on working capital management and Partner-level relationship management.
As the Credit Manager you will also provide regular analysis and reporting on the organisation's WIP, debt and billing, making necessary systems/process improvement suggestions where needed.
You will drive the overall performance of the team, set targets and manage the debt escalation process to minimise DSO and maximise billings and cash collection.
You are an experienced, results-oriented Credit Manager, with previous staff management pedigree from within a professional services (legal, accounting or consulting) partnership environment.
You'll have proven experience motivating and leading a team, a sophisticated communication style and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients, up to Partnership-level.
