Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Facilitating customer onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes at Vestone, including conducting research on introducers, customers, and suppliers for accreditation and application purposes.
- Supporting the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) de-registration processes.
- Reviewing and assessing commercial asset finance applications, including small ticket items, making recommendations for decisions outside of standard delegations
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including brokers, vendors, and direct channels, to streamline transaction processes and resolve any customer or introducer queries.
- Continuously identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements within the organization.
To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 12 months experience in commercial asset finance within a client service, settlements or Credit Support capacity.
- Degree qualitied in a finance-related field is preferred.
- Possesses strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, outcome-focused environment, complemented by proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a personable demeanor that is responsive to customer needs.
