Due to continued growth of our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Credit Support Officer to join our Wholesale Lending team! Wholesale Lending incorporates both Recreational Vehicle (RV) and Motor Vehicle (MV) portfolios.
Reporting directly to the Manager QA and Legal, the purpose of the Credit Support Officer is to support the lending activities within the Wholesale Lending team, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparation of letters issued to the customers and instructing in relation to the preparation of legal documents.
Responsibilities
• Preparation and issuance of Annual Review letters (e.g. requesting information to complete Annual Reviews).
• Preparation of Confirmation/Variation/ No Change letters.
• Preparation of RV Redocumentation Variation Letters and Annexures.
• Sending instructions for the preparation of legal documents to external team and checking for correctness.
• Follow up of outstanding documents (pending finalization/return to Allied).
• Completing Due Execution of Documents for the RV Portfolio with effective storage of Legal Documentation.
• Version control and saving of templates.
• Tracking and follow up of Insurances (MV only).
• PPSR registrations and releases.
• Set up Dealer Codes on system.
• Complete Audit Confirmation Letters.
• Quality Assurance support for Manager QA & Legal Liaison.
Your background
• Understanding of Financial Services, including processes fundamental to Wholesale Lending and Operations.
• Min. 2+ years’ experience in Financial Services in an operations and/or administration-based role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to set deadlines through well-developed organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively, finalise projects and achieve desired outcomes.
