You'll find yourself working on retention focused, CRM marketing campaigns and automations for a mix of ecommerce, B2C and B2B clients.On any given work day, you might find yourself creating compelling emails that help our enterprise-level clients grow, diving deep into customer databases or executing automation projects that improve conversion, retention, and revenue in a multichannel environment. This opportunity will fast-track your exposure to all aspects of email marketing, giving you exposure to multiple platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Responsys, Pardot, Hubspot and more, as well as the ability to flex your skills across CRM, loyalty and retention campaigns.This position will be a good fit if you're a CRM Specialist who is well versed and has significant hands-on experience in enterprise-level CRM platforms (ie: Salesforce, Emarsys, etc) and:

  • You have 1-2 years experience implementing enterprise-level CRM strategies and managing Martech platforms
  • You have a track record of at least 4+ years building your career in lifecycle and retention marketing and bring expertise in the methods that deliver customer engagement and retention
  • You would describe yourself as a creative and analytical mind - your are equally comfortable designing a email template as you are segmenting data in a CRM
  • You thrive on driving customer engagement and building personalised customer journeys
  • Your high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset will see you interpreting and translating data insights into strategies that captivate customers

On a day-to-day basis, you will be managing Email, SMS and Loyalty campaigns for your clients, along with developing real-time, event-driven, automated lifecycle campaigns in collaboration with account managers, other marketing specialists and your team leader.As the ‘go-to' person for everything CRM, you'll play a pivotal role in developing Reload's Email & Customer Lifecycle capability, while drawing on more generalist email marketing capabilities as required. You will be given the opportunity to come up with your own campaign and automation concepts and have ownership over your clients' campaigns, executing them to the latest best-practice in email marketing.What This Means You'll Be DoingClient Engagement & Relationships
  • Looking after a portfolio of 6-10 clients in various industries and of different sizes
  • Be actively involved in client meetings, pitches and discussions to analysis, plan, optimise and report on Email & CRM automations
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teammates. This means meeting deadlines, being proactive and being flexible in your delivery.
Email, CRM & Automation Strategy & Execution
  • Project manage workflows from start to finish, including creating email & SMS briefs, coordinating design, content production, client reviews, and approvals
  • Create and deliver email & SMS communications with impact - from copywriting and building to A/B testing for conversion.
  • Leverage industry-leading marketing technology (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to develop, build and schedule campaigns in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders
  • Confidently navigating enterprise-level CRM & ESP's to technically set up and deploy campaigns and automated workflows
  • Perform typical email marketing implementation such as creating new templates (including basic HTML coding), building campaign flows and managing campaign scheduling
  • Measuring and reporting on CRM & Automation performance, driving metrics, developing testing strategies to improve on future performance
  • Undertake email optimisation projects such as; migrating ESPs, integrating into eCommerce platforms and performing segmentation.
  • Confidently managing customer databases and deliverability to ensure data is clean, structured and compliant
  • Creating email roadmaps for clients, based on a solid understanding of current performance, the latest email trends and what you know about the clients' customer, brand & product.
  • Come up with new ideas and tactics and develop creative concepts that align to the client's goals
  • Review ESP, eCommerce or Google Analytics data to assess sales and performance to pull campaign results and create insightful reports in DataStudio
Team Collaboration & Integration
  • Be working in a small team of 6-8 people (known internally at Reload as a ‘Pod') and you'll establish yourself as one of the email experts
  • Work alongside digital marketing specialists from a variety of specialties, collaborating to spot opportunities and create holistic strategies that support your clients' goals and objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals – from understanding the customer journey and stages of the funnel, right through to the role of different tactics
  • Hands-on experience with industry-leading ESPs or Marketing Automation platforms (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, however experience in Klaviyo, Emarsys, Responsys, Hubspot or Pardot will be highly regarded).
  • Exposure and proven experience delivering automation programs and customer journeys.
  • Experience developing and executing direct marketing campaigns (e.g., email, SMS, push, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SQL, CSS, HTML and AMPScript is preferred, along with exposure to API integrations between lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Experience in briefing or creating email campaigns using Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma will be highly regarded.
  • An understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation methodologies, e.g. RFM modeling to drive data marketing automation.
  • Confidence in presenting your ideas and strategies in a way that suits your audience, whether it be clients, your team, or within the industry
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to write in various brand voices and craft compelling email copy
  • Comfortable with data to analyse performance, find opportunities and tell a story through your reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered without errors and to the brief every time
  • You are someone who is at ease in a high-pressure environment, juggling multiple clients and effective in managing their workload to hit deadlines.
  • You are someone who is confident to solve problems themselves and doesn't stop until they get to the solution
  • You are someone who is naturally curious and likes to experiment with different ideas and find new ways of delivering great results
  • You are someone who gets genuine enjoyment from working with people and are comfortable talking to and meeting with clients from day one
