Our client is looking for a CRM Developer to implement new business solutions as part of its digital transformation program. The successful candidate will be working within a multi-disciplinary team using agile principles and practices to deliver client-centred solutions, as well as working closely with other developers and the platform architect to build technical capability to a high standard, using agile delivery and DevOps principles.
Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a security clearance will be considered for this role.
The experience and skills for this role are:
- Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.
- Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms including Microsoft .NET Core. C#, javascript and typescript.
- Demonstrated experience with the following development technologies:
- Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in D365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Service
- Experience in extending and automating D365, using:
- Power automate, business process flows, business rules
- Javascript, plugins
- Functions apps/Logic apps/Canvas apps
- Consuming Web APIs
