We are looking for a results-oriented CRM & Loyalty Specialist who will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the broader eCommerce and Marketing team to deliver personalised, relevant communications across the customer lifecycle in order to acquire, retain, grow and win-back customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for a portfolio of brands.
- Utilise Klaviyo's features to create personalised and targeted email campaigns, automations, and segmentation.
- Optimise and manage customer journeys through the Klaviyo platform to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct A/B testing strategies for insight and learnings to ultimately improve performance of digital channels
- Assist with campaign and database level reporting for email and SMS activities, to provide insight and performance recommendations.
- Analyze customer data, segmentation, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies.
- Implement and manage loyalty programs, ensuring they align with overall business goals and customer needs.
- Stay informed about Klaviyo updates and industry best practices to continuously improve CRM strategies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar role that focuses on or incorporates email marketing.
- Degree-Level qualification, in Marketing or Marketing-related discipline (or similar)
- Experience using a CRM/marketing automation platform, including email marketing, automations, and segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform CRM strategies.
- Copywriting experience with the ability to understand and channel the brand’s tone of voice.
- Attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar and English language skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to set timelines.
