Join us in this 12-month Fixed Term role as a CRM Manager at Laminex, where you'll lead the charge in building our customer database, crafting innovative strategies, and driving marketing excellence.
Your mission: Harness the power of consumer data to supercharge our brand. Dive into the depths of consumer behaviour, transactions, and demographics, unlocking the potential for highly personalised digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Our goal: Expand our customer database, support data governance and privacy, boost retention, ignite activation, elevate lifetime value, and nurture advocacy for Laminex.

We're seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of database architecture, data lakes, application architecture, and integration tools for data extraction and manipulation. This individual should possess knowledge of various online data types across digital channels and data layers. This a solid experience in privacy and data governance being a key element of this role.
With a proven track record of developing a robust analytics and insights function within a data-rich environment. You should also have a strong grasp of email marketing, including audience segmentation based on behaviours and profiles, email and SMS campaign strategies, and email/SMS timing. Understanding email IP reputation and maintenance is a must.
High systems literacy is crucial, as you should be adept at quickly adapting to new systems and processes and constructing frameworks.
When it comes to experience, high-level proficiency in Sales Force Marketing Cloud is mandatory. Extensive experience in marketing automation, including working with various marketing automation platforms, is also required.
