Working alongside the Brand and Local Area Marketing team, you will be accountable for setting up the Email Marketing calendar and lead the end-to-end process around the campaign activity from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test and launch member communications from our Salesforce platform, owning the process from briefing assets to building audiences.
- Implement new lifecycle communications while re-doing our current communications to maximise impact. Drive A/B testing and multivariate testing to make recommendations to maximise ROI and engagement.
- Expertly and strategically build omni-channel member journey's, using AI recommendations.
- Help execute our segmentation strategy to enrich how we talk to different audiences to drive desired behaviours and channel effectiveness by executing highly targeted campaigns.
- Support the membership strategy, ensuring members are represented across all campaign activity, building out strategies across channels to build brand advocacy and champion the members at every opportunity.
- Accurately monitor and report on ROI of channels, using data and insights to provide recommendations to maximise and prove ROI.
Experience:
- Experience within a similar CRM/Loyalty role, ideally within retail or similar industries.
- You will have demonstrated experience in the creation of CRM strategies and personalised customer journey management including testing and segmentation.
- Experience working with an enterprise-grade CRM / Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
