This 12-month contract role be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of our Salesforce CRM and other key platforms. Your role will involve user management, data maintenance, identifying system enhancements and configuration changes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system meets the evolving needs of the Asahi business.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrator for CRM, iOS app, Customer Portal and other relevant sales systems
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access and data security
- Work with the other functions of the business to develop processes aimed at improving the financial & operational control of activities
- Manage communication to customers through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into CRM usage and performance.
- Support the sales team in using new report formats when the business transitions to Salesforce
Looking for an individual that has a curious mindset, ability to work autonomously and sees a task through to completion. Success in this role will come from proven experience within a salesforce administrator role, a collaborative mind-set, and the ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices and data management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience within FMCG industry is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
