As a Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking cruise vacations tailored to their preferences. You will work closely with customers to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice on cruise options, and ensure a seamless booking experience. Your knowledge of cruise destinations, ships, and travel logistics will be crucial in creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on cruise destinations, itineraries, and onboard experiences.
- Create and present personalized cruise itineraries that align with clients' interests and budgets.
- Process bookings, handle reservations, and manage all related travel documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new cruise offerings, and travel regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a focus on Cruise Sales and consultation.
- In-depth knowledge of cruise destinations, cruise lines, and the overall cruise industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and software.
