Job Description: As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you will embark on an exciting journey of crafting unforgettable cruise experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Cruise holiday Itineraries and packages
- Booking pre and post-accommodation in line with cruise itineraries
- Utilizing GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) for reservations
- Engaging with customers via telephone, email, and online inquiries
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Thriving in a collaborative team environment
Experience Required: We're seeking individuals with:
- Travel industry experience (a MUST)
- Extensive GDS knowledge - Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo
- Proven experience working towards Targets and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of cruise vacation packages, itineraries, and popular destinations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to source information via supplier and online systems
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
- Professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team
Package:
- Competitive Salary: $55 - 65K Base + Super + Incentive
