With projects abound we are looking for great customer service agents that are looking for a temporary assignment and can bring their friendly, considered and organised approach to a project calling existing customers Australia wide.
You will be:
- Making outbound calls to existing customers in all states of Australia
- Friendly and efficient in dealing with customers from SME’s to large corporates
- Provided with scripts to assist your conversations so communicating clearly is imperative.
- Able to follow instructions and work with a team that will regroup each day to refine the daily tasks.
- Proficient with using various business systems and be able to update systems with relevant information collected from the calls.
- MUST have previous customer service / call Centre experience
- Clear, concise and effective communication on the phone
- Professional manner and common-sense approach to work & pride yourself on attention to detail.
- Customer Centric approach
- Proficient in in Microsoft office suite
