About the role:
We are currently looking for passionate Customer Solutions Specialists to join our amazing
Victorian team delivering incredible customer service, and supporting the general public
calling a Government entity, the Australia Taxation Office.
Our Melbourne centre is close to cafes, shopping centres and public transport.
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and
outbound contacts in line with client and company requirements to meet Key Performance
Indicators (KPI's) and targets. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service
to our clients' customers while meeting required standards of quality and adhering to
schedules to achieve required targets.
We are looking for candidates who have transferable skills relating to Call Centre and/or
customer service skills, with intermediate to advanced computer skills and where possible
have full availability. Additionally, due to the nature of our client, they must be an
Australian citizen and be willing to undergo a national background check (at no cost to
them).
Hours:
Full Time 38hrs, Part-time flex 20-36 hours & Casual 0-38hrs
Rosters:
Rotating Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Based on business needs)
Pay Rate:
$24.87 per hour for FT/PT
$31.08 per hour for CAS ($24.87 + 25% loading)
