Organisational Environment

Ecology and Heritage Partners Pty Ltd is an established consultancy with a highly experienced ecological and Cultural Heritage team. The Company specialises in ecological and Cultural Heritage-based projects throughout Australia for a range of Government agencies and corporate clients.

We currently have offices in Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney. As one of the largest firms in our industry we attract and retain highly professional and successful employees.

Due to our increased and ongoing growth, we are seeking to appoint motivated and enthusiastic individuals in both full-time Senior and Mid Level Cultural Heritage Advisor roles (see Seek ad for further information and to apply) and Casual Field Assistant roles.  

These Casual positions provide excellent prospects in a growing business for the right people.

The roles are based in our Melbourne and Geelong offices, primarily as part of our Victorian operations. You will be joining a large established team of heritage consultants.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in Archaeology is essential 
  • Current Drivers License and capacity to work outdoors essential
  • You should be prepared to work flexible hours, including during field work, and be willing to travel to field locations throughout Australia, although mainly in Victoria
  • Other non-technical skills required include a passion for heritage, excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a specialist team.
  • White Card – Construction Induction Certification

You will also have good time management capability, excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be willing to share your knowledge and learn from others, enjoy being part of our team, and be passionate about making a positive contribution toward Cultural Heritage in Australia.
