About the role
The Curriculum Officer works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate entry of curriculum and availabilities for all College Campuses. Works with Portfolio Assistants to ensure timely and accurate timetable management, identifies opportunities for improvement and implements dynamic solutions to existing issues whilst maintaining data integrity.
To be successful in this role you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) including the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
You will also possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and understand complex data sets, as well as effective time management and organisation skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks, with competing priorities, in an organised manner and within strict deadlines.
Furthermore, you will have the ability to work effectively within a high performing, multi skilled team environment and to work with minimal supervision to achieve desired outcomes, as well as good working knowledge and experience in software applications relevant to the role such as word processing, spreadsheets and database applications.
