Job description

Our client is a leading provider of healthcare services across Melbourne. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their procurement team on a casual ongoing basis. 

The successful candidate will:

  • Create a lasting first impression by acting in a professional manner towards all procurement staff and customers
  • Warehouse background beneficial
  • Utilize their previous experience in Customer Service to liaise with current customers and suppliers
  • Answer all incoming customer inquiry phone calls
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding the status of purchase orders
  • Provide assistance to the Accounts department
  • Undertake other clerical and administrative duties
  • Participate in OH&S consultations to maintain a safe working environment 
  • Possess exceptional computer literacy skills (Word & Excel mandatory, Oracle is desirable) 
  • Need to be triple vaccinated 

Working hours : 7:30am - 4:00pm
