Our client is a leading provider of healthcare services across Melbourne. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their procurement team on a casual ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will:
- Create a lasting first impression by acting in a professional manner towards all procurement staff and customers
- Warehouse background beneficial
- Utilize their previous experience in Customer Service to liaise with current customers and suppliers
- Answer all incoming customer inquiry phone calls
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding the status of purchase orders
- Provide assistance to the Accounts department
- Undertake other clerical and administrative duties
- Participate in OH&S consultations to maintain a safe working environment
- Possess exceptional computer literacy skills (Word & Excel mandatory, Oracle is desirable)
- Need to be triple vaccinated
Working hours : 7:30am - 4:00pm
