YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultantto join our Trade Store team based in Singleton NSW!
You'll be working with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers within the Trade Store, via phone and email. Other activities include stock put-away, shelf price maintenance, stock top-ups and ensuring goods are stored neatly.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA’s on backorders
- Warehousing (picking/packing/put-aways)
- Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
- Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account)
- Showroom displays, stock rotations
- General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation
To be successful, you will have:
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
- Customer service experience in a Trade Store / retail environment
- Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
