What your day will look like

• Engaging with customers through outbound calls, emails, and in-clinic interactions to address inquiries, deliver product information, and propose personalised solutions.
• Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists to ensure the clinic is managed efficiently.
  
• Assisting customers in navigating our range of cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories.
  
• Resolving concerns and ensuring a seamless customer experience that leaves a lasting positive impression.
  
• Proactive engagement in local marketing is crucial for effectively promoting your clinic, which includes making calls to existing customers.
• Minor hearing aid repairs (training provided)
  
• Part-time role, 2 days per week Monday and Tuesday

What you bring

• Experience in providing high-quality customer service in a retail or allied health setting, whether in person or through outbound calls, is essential.
• Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to pick up multiple programs with ease (CRM, phone, appointment book management)
• A proven track record in managing competing priorities within a busy environment
• High attention to detail with a solid administration background and a strong team player
• A positive and team-orientated attitude with the ability towork autonomously
