CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a trusted family-owned business in regional Victoria experiencing exciting growth. With a caring team and a family-friendly atmosphere, they genuinely care about making a difference in their customers' lives and the well-being of their team. They are now seeking a ‘Customer Care Coordinator’ to join them.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to work with a skilled and welcoming team. 

You’ll have a key role greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone inquiries, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, organising the showroom, attracting leads, processing orders, and handling administrative duties smoothly.

The role:

  • Answer calls, assist visitors, and provide product recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain a friendly atmosphere in the showroom, organise displays and maintain showroom appearance.
  • Generate leads and increase foot traffic for the showroom.
  • Assist customers with hire department orders and handle administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments for order fulfilment.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • You bring enthusiasm and determination to your tasks.
  • Proven success in customer-facing roles, delivering exceptional service with empathy.
  • Initiative in boosting brand engagement and driving leads.
  • Experience in precise and efficient order handling.
  • Able to manage tasks and maintain meticulous records.
  • Skilled in general administration software and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Focused on detail, great at multitasking, and organising.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
